Grandma's Ham Loaf

As many of you know, we all gather around the table at Grandma's house on Thursday nights for dinner with the whole farm family. At least once in the fall, Grandma will pull out one of our pasture-raised meals. Ham Loaf!

Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Ground Pork
- (2 Lg) Fresh Eggs
- (1 Cup) Milk
- (1 Cup) Bread Crumbs
- (1 Teaspoon) Mustard
- (1/2 Cup) Vinegar
- (1/2 Cup) Water
- (1-1/2 Cup) Brown Sugar
Directions
- Mix ground pork, eggs, milk, and bread crumbs and form into a loaf. Place in a deep baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and water to create the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over the ham loaf and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Basting every 20 minutes.
- Once finished, let rest, slice, and enjoy!
