Ingredients
- (1/2 Cup) Mayonnaise
- (1/3 Cup) Dijon mustard
- (2 tbsp) Whole grain mustard
- (2 tbsp) Maple syrup
- (1 tsp) Balsamic or red wine vinegar
- (1/2 tsp) Garlic powder
- (to taste) Salt
- (4 pieces) Canadian Bacon
- (4) Ground Beef Patties
- (To taste) Salt and Pepper
- (1) Raw onion (thin sliced)
Directions
Canadian Burger Directions
1. First make the maple mustard sauce. Put the mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, garlic powder, and a large pinch of salt in a bowl, and stir to combine. Set aside.
2. Cook the Canadian bacon in a skillet until it is your preferred crispiness. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
3. Prepare your burger patties using the tips above. If cooking the patties on the stovetop, use the same pan you used to make your Canadian bacon to add extra flavor.
4. Toast the burger buns and spread maple mustard on the top bun.
5. Place raw onions on the bottom bun, then add a burger patty, and finally top with a piece of Canadian bacon and the top bun.
6. Serve with delicious French fries and enjoy.
