Breakfast Burger and Home fries
Breakfast for dinner is a beloved treat in our house. There's something extra special about eggs and bacon in the evening, We boost the nutritional profile of our breakfast foods by serving them atop a 100% grass fed and finished beef burger patty. Even though our potatoes are called 'French Fry' potatoes, they also make incredible home fries!

Ingredients

Directions

Breakfast Burger Directions

  1. First cook the bacon. To minimize mess, we like to bake ours in a 400 degree oven on a sheet lined in tinfoil. We always save the rendered fat for later cooking projects.
  2. Prepare your burger patties. Make sure to melt your cheese onto the burgers.
  3. Fry an egg to top each burger. Use reserved bacon grease for extra delicious eggs. We like to make ours medium so the yolk is somewhat runny, but doesn't make a huge mess.
  4. Toast the buns.
  5. Place the lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Put a burger on top of the lettuce and a tomato then top with two pieces of bacon and a fried egg.
  6. Put your favorite condiments on the burger and serve with home fries!
